Why? The person was fired from his job!!!
We can guess that either he has embezzled in the institution/organization or made more mistakes in the implementation of the institution's orders/policies or he has been dismissed due to the conspiracies of some people.
Ø The first possible cause is self-inflicted embezzlement (a mistake by an individual that causes harm to the organization).
Ø Another possible cause is a conspiracy(s) by individuals (a single or small group of individuals that harms the organization).
Ø The third and most important reason is the organization's orders/policies
By the way, every institution/organization has its policies/orders.
So the thing to
think about is that we are dismissed from our job as a punishment for violating
the orders/policies of an organization—the consequences of which we
have to suffer along with our families.
An enterprise
is an individual or group of individuals starting a personal business for
employment or dreaming of becoming an owner(s). Orders/Policies are issued to
the employees over time for this private entity, which the owner of the
organization enforces from all the employees through his Special Representatives.
Just think that
an organization cannot tolerate the disobedience of its orders/policies because
the organization is afraid of its losses due to this disobedience.
So the creator
of this universe has also issued orders for us,
which he conveys to us from time to time through his Special Representatives
(Prophets). The observance of which is obligatory on us. He has also kept open
the way of repentance to forgive our shortcomings.
Now the
question is when Allah sent His special and chosen representatives for mankind
to guide us with His orders/policies. So, why do we continue to issue our
orders/policies from time to time?
As a result, our
imposed orders/policies crash into action!!!
Can we collectively act on the orders of our Creator and Master?
Yes, but how?
The easiest way
is to follow the teachings of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace and blessings of
Allah be upon him), the last prophet (special representative) sent by Allah.
Now the
question also arises that before the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings
of Allah be upon him) did Allah appoint someone as his successor to carry out
his orders or not?
History gives
us the answer, yes, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) by
the command of Allah, after his last Hajj, at the place of Ghadeer Khum, made
Maula Ameerul Momineen Ali Ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) his successor,
after that all the Companions present at that time congratulated Maula Ali
(peace be upon him).
So, in summary,
it came out that by following the teachings that we have received through the Prophets / Special
Representatives of Allah, we will move towards collectivity, otherwise we will
suffer from differences by following our self-imposed orders/policies.
Allah is the Greatest and the Most Powerful.
